SASTIPE Deliverables

This deliverable presents the project management structure, coordination procedures, reporting workflow, and internal communication mechanisms established for the implementation of SASTIPE. It defines responsibilities, decision-making processes, and the operational framework used to monitor progress across work packages.

This deliverable describes the quality assurance methodology and risk management framework applied throughout the project. It outlines review procedures, quality criteria, mitigation actions, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure that project outputs are delivered consistently and according to the agreed implementation standards.

This deliverable documents the initial analysis of stakeholder needs, training requirements, and target user expectations. It summarises the input collected from participating organisations and defines the functional, educational, and operational requirements that guide the development of the SASTIPE training activities.

This deliverable presents the technical architecture and functional specification of the SASTIPE platform. It describes the main system components, user roles, access flows, content management requirements, and the design principles followed to support the delivery of public and restricted project material.

Ο παρών Κώδικας Ηθικής και Επαγγελματικής Δεοντολογίας αποτελεί έναν
απλό και πρακτικό οδηγό, σχεδιασμένο για χρήση από Διαμεσολαβητές Υγείας
Ρομά/Roma Health Mediators (RHM) και Επαγγελματίες Ψυχικής Υγείας/Mental
health professionals (MHP) που εργάζονται με άτομα Ρομά. Ο γενικός του σκοπός
είναι να διασφαλίσει ότι η παρεχόμενη φροντίδα ψυχικής υγείας που
απευθύνεται σε Ρομά πληθυσμό είναι επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη,
προσβάσιμη, σέβεται τον πολιτισμό των Ρομά, και βασίζεται στην ισότητα και
στα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα. Παράλληλα, εκφράζει μια σταθερή δέσμευση για
αξιοπρεπή, δίκαιη και με σεβασμό μεταχείριση κάθε ατόμου Ρομά.

Το παρόν Πρωτόκολλο Συνεργασίας αποτελεί θεμελιώδες πλαίσιο για τη δομημένη και διαρκή συνεργασία μεταξύ των Ρομά διαμεσολαβητών/ριών για την υγεία και των επαγγελματιών ψυχικής υγείας στο πλαίσιο του έργου SASTIPE, που υλοποιείται στην Ελλάδα, τη Ρουμανία και τη Βουλγαρία.
